Drill Bushing Tray Covers Update

Product Summary

We created Drill Bushing Tray Covers in response to customer requests for a secure way to protect and contain drill bushings in standard trays.

Design and Adoption

We developed Tray Covers that fit securely over Drill Bushing Trays and keep each bushing in place during storage and transport. This design addresses customer concerns and, over the past year, has become standard with Drill Bushing Sets, improving reliability and convenience.

Material Improvement

The original PETG tray covers sometimes cracked at the end tab. To address this issue, the covers are now made from Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), which provides greater flexibility, durability, and resistance to cracking and wear.

The three photos show the Tray Cover fitted to the 27-Piece OD Drill Bushing Set. Its simple design and improved material provide durable protection and help prevent bushings from falling out if the tray tips over.

If your set included an early-release cover made from a different material, its mounting tabs may have cracked in rare cases. Use the options below to order a new or replacement cover.
